Ingredients

10.5 oz. pack   Delight Soy Vegetarian chicken nuggets     
1 cup                 Chopped lettuce
16 oz Bag         Pre-washed coleslaw mix (chopped cabbage)
2 Cups              Sliced Mushrooms                                                 
3 Tbsp                Vegetable Oil                                                                  
1 Tbsp               Cornstarch (mixed into 1 Tbsp water) 
1 Tsp                 Cooking wine
1 Tbsp                Chopped garlic  
1/4 Tsp                 Toasted sesame oil
1/4 Tsp                 Salt
8”                       Tortilla (soft)
1 Tsp                  Soy Sauce
Hoisin Sauce for spreading on tortilla              
              

Directions

This Chinese restaurant classic is similar to a fajita: assemble the pieces at the table.

1.	Cut Delight Soy Nuggets into strips and set aside.  
2.	Slice mushrooms and green onions into 1/4" slices and set aside. 
3.	Sauté the green onion, garlic mushrooms, coleslaw mix and chicken nuggets in vegetable and sesame oil.
4.	Add 1 tsp each the cooking wine and soy sauce plus add the cornstarch mixture to the rest of the ingredients.
5.	Season with 1/2 tsp salt
6.	Spread 1 tsp Hoisin sauce on the tortilla, then place about 3/4 cup vegetable/chicken nugget mixture on the tortilla
and wrap.
7.	Serve whole or cut in half.
